SHIPPING

How long will it take to receive my order after it is shipped?

Normally, you will receive your package within 7 business days. If your country does not support our express delivery service, the delivery time will be extended to 14–20 business days. Generally, your parcel will arrive in your country within 3 business days and then be handed over to your local logistics provider.

Why hasn’t my parcel been shipped yet?

Once we receive your order, we synchronize your information with our logistics partners, who will pick up the package the next working day. If you place your order during holidays, shipping may be postponed to the next business day after the holiday.

If your item is out of stock in our warehouse or at the supplier, processing may take about 3 working days. In that case, you will receive shipping information no later than the 5th day after placing your order.

Why is the tracking status unchanged even though my order is marked as shipped?

After we process your order, our logistics partners will issue a tracking number, which we upload to our system. The actual pickup and transfer to the warehouse for further international shipping are normally completed on the second business day. During this process, tracking updates may be delayed, but rest assured your order is on its way.

Why does the tracking show “delivered,” but I haven't received my package?

Your package may have been placed in your mailbox or at your front door, or it may have been signed for by a family member. Please check with them.

What happens if my order is shipped in multiple packages? Will they arrive separately?

Don’t worry—orders placed on the same day are usually handed over to our logistics partner together on the next business day, and should arrive at the same time. If some items are out of stock and need to be restocked, your order may arrive in separate shipments, but you will receive all products eventually. Thank you for your patience.

What should I do if the tracking information is abnormal?

There may be delays in updates during the pickup and international shipping stages. Please do not worry and wait patiently.

Return & Exchange Policy

Seven-day unconditional return policy

All products are eligible for a 7-day no-questions-asked return. Within 7 calendar days from the date you receive the item (counting starts on the day after the tracking shows delivered), you may apply for a 7-day no-questions-asked return if you wish to return the item and the item is in good condition.

Calendar days: The time window for returns and exchanges is calculated from the day after the tracking shows delivery, in calendar days.
Business days: Our shipping and working hours.

Section 1: Definition of “good condition”
“Good condition” means the product retains its original quality and functionality, and the product itself, accessories (including hangtags, user manuals, etc.), and brand/trademark labels are complete. Opening the package for inspection, or conducting reasonable testing to confirm the product’s quality and functionality, does not affect “good condition.” If the product is used beyond what is necessary for inspection and confirmation, resulting in significant depreciation, it will be deemed not in good condition.
Returned items must be in a resalable condition. If there are visible signs of wear, stains, scratches, or similar issues, the 7-day no-questions-asked return does not apply.

Section 2: Shipping fees

  1. For “7-day no-questions-asked returns,” you are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to Pandara Link.
  2. If you are found to be abusing consumer rights, all shipping costs—both for delivery to the consumer and for the return to Pandara Link—shall be borne by the consumer.

Do you accept returns and exchanges? What is the time frame?

From the date your shipment is marked as delivered, we offer a 7-day unconditional return and exchange service. You will need to send the product back to our shipping origin at your own expense.

  • Returns: Within 7 days after delivery confirmation, you may request an unconditional return. Between 8 and 30 days, you must submit a request describing your situation via the Contact Page, and after approval, ship the product back to our shipping origin. Once we have received your return, we will initiate the refund process.

How do I apply for a return or exchange? What information do I need to provide?

Please submit a ticket via our Contact Page. Provide clear photos of the front, side, and bottom of the item, along with your order number, taken in good lighting. Please keep the original packaging. We will review and reply as soon as possible. You must then return the product in the original packaging to our shipping origin.

If you are within 7 days of delivery, you may directly apply for an unconditional refund (with return shipping to our origin), without providing additional information.

Who pays for shipping when returning or exchanging items?

You are responsible for return shipping to our warehouse. You may choose any shipping carrier you prefer.

What if there are discrepancies between the product images/description and the actual product?

Within 7 days of delivery, you may apply for an unconditional refund (with return to our origin).
